1.1. Live As VIP ("Company", "We", "Our") provides concierge and consulting services for clients planning trips to Las Vegas.

1.2. Our services include exclusively organization, reservations and coordination with licensed tourism service providers.

1.3. We do not operate gambling activities nor provide gambling services directly.

2.1. Our services are available exclusively to persons who have reached 18 years of age.

2.2. Casino access and gambling activities require being 21+ according to Nevada state law.

2.3. Client commits to verify their age and confirm legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3.1. We provide intermediary services for hotel, restaurant, transport and entertainment reservations.

3.2. All reservations and experiences are provided by licensed external partners.

3.3. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by external partners.

3.4. Our liability is limited to coordination and organization of reservations.

4.1. Fees for our services are determined individually and communicated before reservation confirmation.

4.2. Cancellation policy depends on conditions of individual service providers.

4.3. Concierge service fees may be non-refundable in case of client cancellation.

5.1. We encourage responsible approach to gambling and casino entertainment.

5.2. In case of gambling problems, we recommend contacting National Council on Problem Gambling: 1-800-522-4700.

5.3. Client bears full responsibility for their gambling decisions.

6.1. We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

6.2. Data is used exclusively for service delivery and client communication.

6.3. We do not share personal data with third parties without client consent.

7.1. Our liability for damages is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services.

7.2. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or non-material damages.

7.3. We do not guarantee availability of specific services from external partners.

8.1. These terms are governed by Nevada state law and Polish law regarding consumer protection.

8.2. Disputes will be resolved by courts with jurisdiction according to client's place of residence.

9.1. Terms may be changed with 14 days advance notice.

9.2. Using our services means acceptance of these terms.

9.3. In case of conflicts between language versions, the English version is binding.
